Need Help - Designing Page Content for Different Sized Viewing Devices?...  en

Hi All - I recently purchased WebSite X5 Pro and have been designing my first website.  There is one thing that I don't understand.  I realized that in the template content menu, there are different areas to click on (depending on device content is to be seen on (e.g.: computer, iPhone/Android (both vertical and horizontal views), iPad …) as the screen sizing is different, so it only makes sense that you would have to create different designs for the header, homepage (PC version only), Right or left menus, an footers).  But what about for the actual pages of content.  So far, I only see one design view (appears to be for personal computer) to design content of different pages in.  What will happen when the website is published online and someone tries to view a page (content) on and iPhone (vertical or horizontal view), iPad, etc.  Does WebSite X5 Pro have some "magical" way of reformatting each page's content so that it is readable on smaller devices (than personal computers)?  I don't understand how this is going to work.  I could understand it for photo galleries, but for pages that contain text and graphical elements, I don't see how it will work (on smaller screened devices than personal computers).  Am I somehow missing something, or perhaps doing something wrong (in my page design set up), that I can't see the templates for smaller devices (such as I could for headers, homepages, left/right sections and footers)?  Please enlighten me on this topic.  Thanks so very much for any and all suggestions and advice.  I really do appreciate your help. -Cfguy.

Only the header and footer have to be designed differently for the different screen sizes, since there is less space on small screens, but the text should still be large enough.

Everything between the header and footer automatically adapts to different heights and widths, it can also be rearranged if necessary or certain parts can also be hidden on small screens.

Google translator turns the 15 lines of original text into 43 lines of German text, so it's a bit much text. Maybe rewrite individual sentences to which I have not yet given an answer.

Cf Guy, please follow the advise offered by Daniel and follow the links provided. Also be aware that there are extremely good tutorials available from Alexsej who is very active on this forum. Here is an example which covers some of your questions regarding layout for mobile, tablet and desktop, but he also offers a comprehensive set of tutorials through his website (produced in an earlier but totally compatible version of WX5).
