Sorry naybe I wasnt clear enugh, What am I looking for is a fixed page that moves as you scroll the page. I dont like the scrolling of the content while the menu stay in the top.

i know what u mean, this option is found in step 4 (advanced settings) and then choose main menu and then enable the auto-scrolling, see attachment image for reference.

Thank you Alberto you spot on. In my case I wanted the auto-scrolling disables but you helped me to solve the problem.
