Need help in removing text on order emails

I am using a template provided by Incomedia. It was in Italian. I have removed or changed all of the text (to English) successfully except for text that is on the bottom of the email that goes out to a customer when they place an order in my shopping cart.
The text is in this arttachment.
Where can I access this text to remove it?

This is text found in step 4 , styles and models, tab email, footer note.... (i guess ..)
My Italian is not that good.... :)
