How to add my logo above my Banner and menu below

Hi guys.
I am trying to create a Website, like this one.
http://www.websitex5.com/en/templates.html
My company log, Search box and Login Above my Banner and then my Menu's below the Banner, but cant seem to get to add anything above the Banner when creating a new Template.
What can i be doing wrong

They are in the example not above your banner but inside, the banner picture is white on top and the items are placed inside that area.
But I can't see your version, so help is limited.
Please add your version to your profile or the mail adres you bought x5 with. (top right button with profile)
