If it's in the alert or in the information tab it's not a very big deal. Probably a text on a picture or object that is not filled in.

A screen shot might help, does it say what page or object that might help as well.

You can still upload your site, it will be no problem. Just check the object and page (use the buttons on the right in seo. and see if you can find out where it should be.
