Yesterday when making a few minor changes to my website I noticed that the menu buttons on the Optimise Physio website (www.optimisephysio.co.nz) were no longer visable in the preview mode.
On going to the Advance Options and entering the Main Menue, all my menu buttons are shown. Pressing the preview button to view the site from there, the manu buttons were missing. This happens with all browsers (Firefox/Internet Explorer/Chrome)
I have never had this problem before, with any of the websites I have created with Website X5 Professional 10. (www.baldockbowls.co.uk / www.mixedbowls.co.uk / www.sprayplan.co.uk)
See attached .jpg file
Can you please help me ?
Mike

In case you have not tried.
Before hitting the preview button, try holding down the Ctrl button on your keyboard.
This will completely regenerate the preview of your site.

Firstly, for piece of mind and for your own security make a backup of your project!
To do this goto section 5 "Analyse and Export" and then select the bottom item "Export the Project" - Select a destination folder to save your backed up project. It's up to you whether your want to save the preview files and the backup copies (although in this case where you are having issues with the preview function, I would leave this unchecked, the backups are your choice).
With the program closed, go to the folder where the specific website is located (The location is shown under "Preferences" "Projects Folder" which can be viewed when you first start X5).
Once you are in the folder of the desired project, delete the contents of the following folders:
Preview
Upload
Restart X5 and open the project in question.
it may take a while for the project to rebuild itself, depending on the size of the website.
Once restarted, hit the CTRL button and with the mouse click on preview.
See if this rectify's your issue?

Hello Michael,
Check also in step 2 by selecting the menu field if it is set to be invisible.
If yes deactivate the function and then test the preview again.
Many thanks!
