RU or EN?

Сайт будет создаваться на русском языке (RU) - русскоязычный. Позже его контент будет переводиться на EN и DE.
Какую установочную версию надо выбрать: RU или EN? На что в принципе влияет выбор языка установочной версии?
P.S. Кстати, в профиле правильнее перевести на русский язык не "предложение для меня", а "предложение для Вас".''

Hello Alexander,
You can install the program in russian and when you need to create the website in english and german simply select the language in step 1 "content language" so all automatic text added by the program will be in the correct language. It is not necessary to install the program in the language the website has to be.
