Please start a new project to check if there the preview works. If the issue is also there present export this new project and send it to us so we can verify it.

You can send us an email with the project file (the file with .IWZIP extension) as attachment to file@answers.websitex5.com using as Subject “Post 102832 per Claudio D”
If your project size is more than 10 megabytes, you can use online services like www.wetransfer.com to send  us your project.
To export the project you want to send us, please use the function “Export the Project” in Step 5.

But i have V10 at same computer. V10 preview work perfect...

Ön izleme Türkçe versiyon 11 de çalışmıyor. yeni proje de olsa, versiyon 10 dan transfer de olsa hiç bir şekilde çalışmadı. webe yüklerseniz sorun yok ama internete yüklemeden önce bilgisayardan bakmak isterseniz görmek mümkün değil.

Programda bir gariplik var. metin editör de çalışmıyor. yeni projede de eskide de metin alanı çalışmıyor. yazı yazılamıyor daha önce yazılmış olanlar da görünmüyor.

The developers are working on it and with the next update it will be fixed. As temporarly solution you can change the regional settings of windows to english and then start the program and then it should work.
