Jan,
Try to make the path name empty, then connect, select the correct map.
Then upload, idf asked say yes.
It can be just a / in front of the site adress in x5.
Let me know how it works out.

Hello Andre,
I wrote the url from the website wrong, it is http://www.jfpalmen.nl
I create a new website with version 11, but i have the same problem as with the converted site from version 10.
I uninstall x5 v10 and v11, and i did a scratch install from v11 alone but the same error occured again.
I include a screenshot from version 10, the same i have in version 11.
I tried it with a / and without a / by optionele parameters, the same error occur by both.
If i am on the server, it is not possible to remove the /.
In version 10 in the pathname there is also a /, but i don't get the error message.
I have 3 websites to two different providers, but the problem occurs on all the sites.
I worked with windows 8.1 with the latest fixes
kind regards
Jan
I have same problem. This problem occurs only in providers with direct access to site root.

Hello Andre,
What Jano M. describes is also my problem.I upload all my 3 websites to the root.
I made a website to a map (/li) and it works withoue errors.
In version 10 it works without errors with or without the "/" in the optional parameter field.
kind regards
Jan
I put myselfinthe queue.. this bug was in the beta test but now is gone and it's not possibile to test with demo
ok, thank you, this looks like a bug, I can not test myself because my provider gives me a map so I always have data in my destination field.
Is it possible to upload with the error or not at all?
Try also with gzip disabled or with firewall disabled. maybe it helps....
If not then I suggest to use fillezilla for the moment. (copy website to hd and then use fillezilla to copy data from hd to your provider.
I shall set this post for Incomedia to respond, so they can acknoladge if it's a bug or not and then act accordingly.
Thanks for mentioning !

One of providers I use is one.com and there I upload site directly to root without problem. Desribed error occurs, but doesn't matter what you press - yes or no, site is uploaded.
Autore
Yes it is possible to upload with this error if you answer the error message with yes.
I think also that this is a bug, because in version 10 it works without an error and i do exactly the same in version 11.
I hope that Incomedia fix this problem or have a solution what to do.
kund regards
Jan

I have the same provider(one.com) as Jano.
Hello Jan,
I notified it to the developers. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v11
Many thanks!
Hi team
I feel the new version 11 is not communication with servers at all. I feel even if you provide an update it would have to be downlaoded seperately !! As the software was not even activation online , I had to do a manual activation by following steps as provided.
If you want to see this fact press on Update , it will give the same error. It wont connect.
This is a serious bug. Please tackle this on Prority
