Hello Nikola,
On the very first screen that appears when you start WebSite X5, click on 'Preferences' in the menu on the left-hand side.
In the window which appears, select the 'General' tab.
Under 'File Creation' uncheck the box marked 'Automatically add the 'Generator' Metatag.
Publish your entire site to your web server in Step 5.
The meta generator tag details should now be gone.

My sincere apologies for not noticing earlier that you are using the Evolution version.
Unfortunately the option to remove the generator metatag like I described is only available in the Professional version.
You would need to upgrade, or alternatively export your HTML and make the alteration manually before sending to your web server.
