The bg_lolse94b.jpg file is the picture, probably from the template you selected for the background.

If you only want a white background you can delete, just put your mouse on it and use delete button on your keyboard, I suggest before doing so make a copy or export project in case you decide you want to go back.....

Or

Use right mouse button on bg_lolse94b.jpg and check location and remember in case you would like to go back, this way tou can also see where the picture comes from !

After deleting the picture select the colour to be white (I think it already is), that should do it. Because you use now the white option as background for your header.
