please let me know if possible to use ssh public key for sftp connection , if yes how add the key file.

I will ask Incomedia to provide you with an official response, but in the meantime I write to let you know that I use SFTP/SSH all the time when working with WebSite X5 and it works beautifully.
The public key is held on the server... your own web host will be able to advise you further. The only authentication on the client side is via FTP username and password. My web host specify an unusual port (other than 22) to enhance security.

Thank you Paul , issue was provider disabled sftp and ftp , so I moved to other host.
