Program Crash

I am having problems again with Websitex5 latest update crashing.
Again, it is related to an overall customisation as opposed to a small page edit.
I am trying to put an object (HTML code for Google Search Engine) into the header (template customisation) and half way through the "SAVE" the programme crashes.
It got so bad that I had to restore last night's backup of the project and STILL this continued.
I had to perform this in "SAFE MODE" in the end.
The resource for my large website may be high but I have massive RAM so I wonder if the problem is related to that "drop down menu" problem we had a few weeks ago?
If so, can Incomedia create a FIX please asap?
Thank you,
Nigel
ps All my NET frames are in good order

Nigel, your site is huge and it loads fast considering it's size. Remember X5 is a native 32 bit program, so ram usage is limited. Here's a suggestion I put in last month.
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/103958
("What about a version of X5 that runs as a native 64 bit program. Certainly would help with large websites and or ones with a lot of images.
Looking Forward - Donald")
Hope you work out your problem soon, and your site is(was?) a testimony for X5 handling a large site with a lot of content.
Regards - Doanld

ADDENDUM
Can no longer use the program in SAFE MODE. Receive message: "A new guard page for the stack cannot be created"
I HAVE just managed to make my alterations but I had several more crashes.
The Preview was corrupt so I had two attempts at "CTRL Preview" which eventually worked after another crash halfway through the first attempt.
Yes...I think it would be good to have a "64k" version of Websitex%...I hadn't realized that "32" only offers limited RAM to each programme, despite my having tried memory management software.
Best wishes,
Nigel

I'm now getting The MAP when I preview...like sometimes happens when we go to the Incomedia site.

ADDENDUM 3
My project is throwing up incorrect PREVIEWS all the time now and I seem to get a slow mouse movement as if RAM is very short, which it's not. I've added the program Cacheman to my software and given WebsiteX5 high memory priority and I've checked for malware.
I really need some assistance here I N C O M E D I A ?

A CONCLUSION?
In all of the above, I had introduced a GOOGLE AD Search Engine into the header.
I have removed this and now things seem to have calmed down.
Would you think and if so why this should happen with a Google Ad Search Engine?
Please explain Incomedia and then close this thread as solved if you will?
Best,
Nigel

ADDENDUM 4
It doesn't seem to be anything to do with the Google Search Engine placement in the project header.
The whole program seems to be getting more and more unstable.
I cannot now load my project:
An error occured while loading the Project. [There is an error in XML document (4409322, 10).]
Again, I have to rely on my backup systems to restore yesterday's project updates.
I cope but years of problems are pushing me to look for alternative software.
I have searched the board and not ONE of these "crash" reports has a visible solution by Incomedia!
Hello Nigel,
If you start a new project in the program do you experience the same issue?
Can you please tell me which exact code you added so I test it to see if this could been related to the issue you experienced?
Can you copy the crash report message and paste it here?
Many thanks!

Hi Claudio...
Thanks for getting back to me.
It would seem that it's only my Home Page that experiences the problem on PREVIEW (could be wrong).
If I close preview down this is when sometimes the whole program crashes.
I enclose a (.jpg) of the usual warped Preview of my Home Page.
I wonder if it is memory related, if Google Chrome has a memory issue or if Websitex5 is built on "32" rather than "64" because, in Windows 7, there is only so much RAM allocated to each program?
Here is the GoogleAd Search code, although this might not be the problem:
<script>
(function() {
var cx = 'partner-pub-3521996037781631:5356293112';
var gcse = document.createElement('script');
gcse.type = 'text/javascript';
gcse.async = true;
gcse.src = (document.location.protocol == 'https:' ? 'https:' : 'http:') +
'//www.google.com/cse/cse.js?cx=' + cx;<br /> var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0];
s[removed].insertBefore(gcse, s);
})();
</script>
<gcse:searchbox-only></gcse:searchbox-only>
Hello Nigel,
Thank you for the informations. As I see your are using kaspersky, could you please try to disable it and then test the preview again to see if you still experience the same issues?
Before you disable the antivirus I would suggest you to disconnect from internet and after done enable the security program again.
Many thanks!

Hello Claudio...
Bang on!
You are quite right. I performed that sequence you suggested and all the above problems disappeared.
I then reconnected Kaspersky and the problems returned.
What is my best course of action do you think?
Should I approach Kaspersky and, if so, how would you word the complaint?
(I have a free subscription to Kaspersky via my Bank)
Thank you,
Nigel

UPDATE
I've contacted Kaspersky and they are taking this very seriously. I have a great raft of tests to perform for them so that they can isolate where the problem lies.
I will come back with the results later in order to let readers know what is the answer.
Hello Nigel,
Thank you very much for keeping us updated.
Many thanks!

Hi there...
I have performed quite a few vigorous tests directed by Kaspersky and just now I have had their reply.
Probably a good idea to notify other users...
"Dear customer,
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and repeated cooperation.
We have created a bug number regarding this issue (1032020). Our developers are currently working on a resolution regarding this known issue, for which you will be automatically notified as soon as there is a development.
For the time being, the workaround for this, is to temporary disable File Anti-Virus feature when using Chrome preview check.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us."
Thanks very much for letting everyone else know, Nigel... could save a great deal of frustration for other Kaspersky users.
Seasons Greetings to you.
Paul

Hi Riccardo...
This update doesn't seem to prevent the problem of "sticky" mouse pointer every time I PREVIEW.
(As stated elsewhere, I have stopped subscribing to "beta" as I need continual stability for my very large site.)
Best,
Nigel
Hello Nigel,
About the mouse pointer issue let's please continue on https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/109847
