Evolution11 won't launch for the first time, after download.

After download and registration, the attempted initial launch brings up a dialogue box saying that "CefSharp.dll or one of it's dependencies could not be found." My .NET Framework service is up to date. Please help

Dear Paul,
I have already added those two files, as I saw that post earlier. It did not help me launch Evolution11. Though CefSharp.dll is in my Program Files, it can not be found on start up. Maybe you just need to give me a refund.

I finally got Evolution to launch. Somehow my Windows Installer Service was turned off. Maybe as I attempted to turn off and on .NET Service. But after turning Windows Installer back on, .NET updated, I added msvcr110.dll and msvcr110.dll. Turned off then on .NET 3.5.1. Then Evolution11 finally loaded and launched. Wonders never cease!
