Editing the template changes font

I just purchached a template which was designed with Evolution-10, i imported this template and started editing on my Evolution-11, I started modifying with minimal changes like contact email text, but after editing this text object, font looks different from the original template, all i wanted to do is to change the text content but somehow font is messed up.
using firefox i inspected the original template-page and the modified template-page, i could see the following difference,
original templat's css info shows: font-family: "Sintony",sans-serif;
modified templat's css info shows: font-family: "Sintony";
because of missing "sans-serif" in the font-family is causing this effect.
has anyone faced similar situation?

if template came with special font, make sure it been installed, check the web font section.
san sherif series are available in every computer!
go to original template and see what was chosen as default font, also check the other section (e.x. select a text and see what is the font that been used) sometimes it happenes when the designer had a different font as a default font inside their program, x5 come with default Tahoma font!
