Yes that is what I see also but it is not the latest content I added from the program.  It's visible in preview even after I publish it I can even shut down the program and start it back up the updates are in the program.  Thanks for the screen shot it shows that it is whitin the program not my browsers.

I will suggest to remove everything inside your blog folder inside your host, then upload your entire blog again, or you can do that with your entire website, remove everything inside your host and upload your entire website.

just in case create a copy of your entire website inside your host, if you host has cpanel, select everything inside your public folder then at the top hit the compress button, message will pop up, save it as zip.

then remove everything (except the zip file) and after that upload your entire website again.

I've done everything you said plus did some extra steps.

I deleted all content in the blog but as you can see some post are still there

I deleted the whole site and uploaded again

I have a question how can I delete the blog page all together within the program I tried it through map creation it's a no go.

you would like to remove the blog section? remove all the posts, title and description of your blog as well.

that should remove it automaticly, if not, and you were still able to see the blog inside map creation, save your work and restart the program.

I created another blog and wipe out everything prior even when into documents and deleted the blog folder and blogversion.xml but for some reason when creating the new blog the  old settings were still there.  Is it something I'm missing here or do you think the program or sight is corrupt either way I notice that the program itself still stalls and quit at times.

I think the program will keep the setting, lets try something else, remove your blog, restart the program, open your project file, make sure you dont have blog inside it anymore, then go Export, choose the last option "Export the project", DO not include the previews in back up, after export close the program.

go to the folder you choose to export the back up project, rename it.

open your program and import the renamed project file, that should do the job for you.
