Hello, community! I have a problem: I have reinstalled Windows, and now Icomedia needs a password, but I dont have it, because it was activated many time ago with the help of DVD-disc of computer magazine Chip.

. . . and within your "Profile" --> Downloads you will not find the download - and within "Profile" --> Licence you will not find your licence ?
Yor registered version is Home 11 - this you can activate; older versions you possibly registered with another mail . . .
