Good afternoon I wonder if you can put the menu or fixed footer? without having to be rolling along with the pages!

you can do that, but you need to use 3rd party script.

I did not understand
you need to find a script and add that manualy inside your website project. websitex5 does not have an option to create fix menu or footer.
search on the google you will find one.
