It could be that you need php to work, in that case the preview will not work but online it should. Have you tested online ?

(I don't have the polaroid view so I can''t test it for you...)

Try to press CTRL while you click on Preview and in case it should still not appear please export the project online and write me the link so I can check why it is not appearing this gallery.

One more thing, I have just started a new project with one page and the polaroid gallery and it works fine.

My web site was originally constructed using version 8 and has been kept upto date through version 9,10 and now 11, is it possibly something to do with that? 

More Updates: I have just purchased the page flip module and it doesnt work either.

FYI. I have made sure that my Display drivers are upto date although the fact that they work in a new project probably rules that out

Can you  test it in a new project ? This wil give you the information to see if it has someting to do with older version project.

I tested your project and the issue depends on the custom HTML code you enteredin step 4 statistic seo and code. If you remove it then the gallery will work correctly.

Probably the code you entered is in conflict with the functions of the program but unfortunately I cannot help you with custom HTML code since these functions do not depend on WebSite X5, you can search useful information about the custom code with search engines like google or wait until someone on the community of Answers can help you.
