Generating links from menu to page parts - scrolling page

Hi i just started to build a website with Website x5 evo 11. What i want to obtain is a sort of scrolling page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCuNTDMLZoc
Basically what i want is to reach different parts of the page when clicking on menu buttons. I managed to lock the header and found out how to make links to various page segments with anchors. But i can't get it how to make these links from the menu.
In the end i want a website which has 1 single page and the menu helps me to make links to every segment. In this way i can go trough the entier website content by scrolling.
Any ideas how to make this dream come true?

To create a link from your menu use new level in step2, then goto properties button.
There you can set a link to the same page and then use the anchor option.
