Why X5 only provide program by electronic down loads and not in a box on disk

I think I will stick to the version 9 I am currently using, until X5 change its policy and start to produce programs on disk and in a box as what X5 did for version 7-8-and 9,this was until X5 got too big and changed its policy to electronic down loads only. And forgot one principle and that is to provide what the customers wants. It’s a pity as I have purchased 7-8-and 9 from you but feel X5 as forgot what they use to do in the past. For me I would love to purchase version 11 Pro and any future programs but not as an electronic down load. One has to remember when you are paying near £140.00  fr version 11 pro you would expect to get the program in a box on disk at that price. Regards Christine
