I JUST REQUEST ADDING FILE MANEGMENT SYSTEM FOR THE MEMBER, MEMBER CAN DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD THERE ANY FILE, AND CAN CONTROL FROM ONLINE.

this could be possible using a custom script, I would suggest looking in codecanyon and if you find a script you like I may be able to help you with it.
