When using the Classic Gallery and adding a description to the picture, how can you make the description remain permanent in view rather that have to move the cursor down to the Control Bar to bring the description into view.

This option is not in the classic gallery, you could add it in the picture yourself with a photo edit program.
Maybe create an IDEA post for Incodia to ask them to create this in futere updates?
