I can not seem to work out how to add HTML and Buttons with Hyper links.
Please see attached video link showing what I mean

Hello Darren,
The 'Home' version of WebSite X5 is a very basic edition of the software, which lacks many of the features of the bigger editions.
There were five editions of version 10 in total:
Free
Home
Compact
Evolution
Professional
In order to accomplish what you have described you would require (as a minimum) the Evolution edition:

If you would like more manual control over your projects than what 'Home' offers then you can upgrade to a more advanced version of WebSite X5 at a reduced price.
