One-page layout

Hi!
Goal is to create one-page layout site.
How can I create superb one-page layout with using Webiste X5 PRO 11?
I have hidden all menu pages and created new menu (because of the design) and created anchors to home page. But when I tryed to link those menu objects to homepage anchors I cant find anchors. Anchors are only avaible when im on home page / or different page.

In the link options did you select the correct page?
If you select the page where you added the anchors to the objects you will be able to choose to which anchor you want to link it.
