You can export in step5 export project, you can save that file and copy it the way you please. Import it in v11 in project selection.

An imported project will be placed in x5 and is stored on your default drive ussually your pc. (see preferences at start up)

3. If I made a Costum header that mobil friendly is, do you think I get througt the google test?

Yes you can adjust your project, so it will pass the mobile friendly test.

But then it will probably not look like the way you have it now. Better is to create a seconde project and link them.

No, and Seo is even better managed in v11 then it was in v9
