Compact 10 crashing whilst attempting to update

Hi,
I installed Website X5 Compact 10 on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit PC, but am experiencing problems. The software seems to be running fine itself, but the issue comes when trying to upgrade. I see the notification that an upgrade is available.
After clicking it, I immediately see an error window (pic attached) pop up behind the upgrade window. Then when I continue, it starts downloading the upgrade files, only to fail giving the error message (Error while updating: 406). Then the program crashes and I need to close it via task manager.
I am not able to type in the first error field at all.
any ideas?

Errors of that nature are usually due to localised network issues.
The easiest way to resolve your problem is to download the latest version of the Compact 10 setup file from the following location:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Once downloaded, reboot your PC, and do not start WebSite X5 (make sure it stays closed)
Then right-click on the setup file you downloaded and select 'Run as administrator' - this will update your copy of WebSite X5... there is no need to uninstall first.
