I am very disappointed with v12 Pro.
How can I get a refund?

So why would you be disappointed with V12 Pro? Going from V10 and V11 to V12 is a wonderful upgrade. Don't you want to make your site responsive? Or a separate mobile site with a redirect/Welcome page? (I like your layout and colors by the way.)
The responsive update would be worth the upgrade alone and all the other enhancements are "icing on the cake" so to speak. You can also import your current site in, make some adjustments/fixes and "bingo".
Starting over with another program would be "hell", I mean very interesting so to speak. Just curious.
