If I export the shopping cart to excel (csv) the suboptions still will not be there even in the new version, so editing them in excel and re-importing them to WebsiteX5 will not work.

That costs me a lot of time, so please change that. You may use seperators like # or ~ or | to make that fit in one cell, but please do it.
