Shopping Cart and Bookeo
Autore: Stuart N.Hi All can anyone help please!!
On my booking page I've added a cart and separate items: "Nights" qty and "People" qty they add up but people is not multiplied by nights. I then tried Bookeo but this is designed for appointments or events within a day not people booking overnight stays it doesn’t work. Please see attachment. How can I get something to work as a online booking which adds up amount and emails to customer i.e.:- £20 per person per night so 2 nights x 5 people = £200. Can anyone tweak the cart script so it does a multiply the two sub totals i.e. nights subtotal x people subtotal = the actual total amount? here is the website http://www.foxdalefc-ttcampsite.com/cart/index.html#step1 Its a shame as everything works well thereafter email the customer just need it to calculate the total correctly.
I have looked into buying somthing to do this but they want so much of each booking or a large fee for it. I'm so close to what I need with what I have any ideas please?
Its a shame as the whole booking cart works it just doesn't x the sub totals. I'm not using pay by card or paypal just manual bank transfer or cheque in post after this page above.
Thanks in advance!!

Has anyone else tried to build a accommodation website with websitex5 that people buy overnight stays to take bookings for people and nights? The websitex5 software booking and cart does everything I need it too other than times the about of nights by people to
give the total amount to pay?
It sends a niceconformation email to the customer and myself with order number but with the incorrect total amount to pay because of the above. It would be neat if it could be added as a feature to the booking form or cart to accommodate websitex5 customers who want to build Travel and more so Accommodation (hotels, campsites websites etc.)
Bookeo widget appears to be for an activity, event, lesson or appointment - but has not been made to book overnight accommodations i.e. 1 week between specific dates with 3 people wanting to book.
It's not viable to pay a huge outlay to a third party php \ html booking
calendar company who want to charge for code \ software and or every time
my customers make a booking. I don’t have the margins to do business with this
extra outlay. When I purchased Websitex5 and starting designing
it stated it had an inbuilt booking system that I believed would be suited
for my accommodation company.
Please can you explain how I can take online booking for my campsite customers through your website program?
Thanks,
Stuart.
