can the shop cart setup offline collect payment, mean when customer checkout item, so they use they credit card info and address to checkout order? thanks

Do you mean to store the Credit Card informations but the payment is not made after the order has been sent?
You could add the fields for the credit card data in the Form with custm fields so these will be send in the email you receive when the order has been made.

thanks for response, OK here is other question? try use this software to build an online food oder, for restaurant delivery food, so this is USA, delivery drive make tips, is there any way I can pre set percentage tips, for customer choice when they checkout order? I saw that we can set tax charge, but I can not set tips charge, can we setup the tips? also see attachment picture,thanks
Hello Fei Wu,
The program has not an option to set a tip charge but it could be done by adding a custom payment HTML code in the program. Thecustom payment code can be added the payment type window in the "type" tab by choosing pay now and then "custom html code" where with the custom code you need to use the variables [PRICE] for the price and [ORDER_NO] for the order number.
Unfortunately we do not provide support for custom HTML code since this doesn't depends on the program.
