You need a calendar or agenda that exports appointments, I use reminderfox from firefox (add on) but there are many others. All you need is that it can create an *.ics datafile that contains your events.

Add this file in the calendar option. If you place the file on internet then an upgrade of the file will be picked up from the calendar of x5 and you won't need x5 to control the events in the calendar after that anymore.

You can select the location of the file with the small pulldown menu in the button in x5.

So in short:

Get a calander that can export data to *.ics

place that file on desktop or internet, (last is better cause you wont need to upload it manually)

locate that file in.

set option , upload, then check calendar (it works only online not in preview)
