New to Professional 12 help with webhosting domain mapping

G'day,
New to Professional 12, having some crashing issues. have used 11 ,which was good.
Two questions:
the pro version includes webhosting, who or how do i activate it?
I have my own domain, how do i map my domain to the above web host?

To activate the bundled webhosting please visit this link:

To point your domain to your new webhosting go to the control panel of the domain registrar which you used to register your domain, then set the nameservers to that specified by your new webhost provider (they will give you the nameserver info if you ask them). It may take anything up to 48 hours for the change to be effected.
