I am usong excel csv, also tried google sheet but will niot accept type

Is your CSV file in EXACTLY the correct format as required by WebSite X5 and as specified in the help file?

Here is sample csv I am trying to upload to Product.

The sample CSV file is not in the format specified by the WebSite X5 help file.
For example, in the very first row (the header row) there is an extra semi-colon (;) after the word 'pending'.
Please study the instructions in the help file carefully, using the sample exported product CSV file which I have attached as a reference.
You will have to correct any deviations from the specified format before your data will be able to be imported successfully in WebSite X5. Use the sample file which I have attached as a template to guide you as to how your own CSV file should look.

Seem to have resolved the issue. Suggest the help file instructions are rewritten in clearer form that means something!
