sure i can, when i fill out the form just as i am supposed to do, only the user of the website sending a mail recieve a confim mail but no mail to my inbox i talked to the one.com domane provider and they said thatthe problem is not there and their server should be ble to use php and html forms

Did you try to change email script type in step 4 in data management to see if then also you recieve the email?

Hi i am still having problems to recieve mail from users from my webshop online, i do not get any orders but customers do.

i have now tried with online web mail from one.com and with a icloud mail adress but non of it works. everyone is talking about php and internet provider, but when i contact them the tell me that the problem is within the website evolution.

when will it be fixed so that it is easier to activate a funktion that supports various methodes? as it is now it is not possible to use the webshop at all.

Hello Michael,

Did you try a different email script like I suggested and then to export the project again to make some tests to see if both emails arrive?

If one of both arrives then the email script is working correctly and on the mail server on the hosting probably one email is blocked, which doesn't depends on the program.

Try also to check in the spam folder of your email to see if accidentally the emails are moved there.
