5: There is no folder when the page has to be exportet

I want to export my webpage to the internet. I have put in the FTP username and so on. When I click "Next" I come to an empty page. Why? And what do I do?

Hello Julie,
This isn't necessarily an indication that something is wrong. It could just mean that there are no existing files or folders in the public folder on your web server.
Just try uploading (i.e. click the 'Start' button in the top right corner of the screen) and then see if you can access your website live online. You can always delete any files/folders afterwards if they have been uploaded to the wrong location by mistake.
