ok I give up, what kind of company is this, where there is no online support, just a forum where your hoping someone might reply ,, 4 tickets i have opened and not one reply ,, can not get my website online, and here no one helps.. so ive given up, taking this software back to the shop, also telling them they should stop selling it as this does not even come with online support..

Official support for version 8 has long since ended as it is now a very old software (https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/101940). I can only see licence details for version 8 in your profile. If you have any other version then please add your licence details to your profile here:

If you have version 10, 11 or 12 then you are currently entitled to support directly from Incomedia, in which case they normally respond within 24/48 hours during normal working hours, as per your license agreement.
Otherwise support is user to user, and is given freely by other users as time and other obligations permit. Please be patient.
