How do I restore

I initiall created a project restore in a computer using win7 but now have another computer using win10.
I have transfered all my document files from the win7 computer to this win10 one, just wont to know whereabouts I can find (if at all) the backup file & how to restore it ?

There is the standard folder listing, try copying all these files to the same folder name / path you have your project now in win10.
Then the post mentioned should help you restore a backup.

Thanks for that info Andre, unfortunately that folder is empty so it looks like my backup didn't work.
oh well, such is life, have to start again.
