In the link function you find the option to add a specific product in the cart with the option "Add to Cart":

You can create a link to the e-commerce shopping cart, so the visitor can place an order or add products to the shopping cart.

In the first case, select Show the Product List of the selected Category and then the category from the Product Category table.

In the second case, select Add the selected Product directly to the Cart and then choose a product from the list. You can also specify the Option and Quantity of the product you want to add to the shopping cart. If you select the Add the Product without showing the Cart option, the visitor can add products but he will not see the shopping cart.

I'm thinking about a hyperlink for sending thru an email.

This option can only be used on the website and it is cannot work from an email. You will need to send a link to the page containing the link to add the product to the cart.

That's pity! I want to send a DM to my customers, and when they click on a product (in the email), it shall be automatically added to a shopping cart.
