I have Windows 10 and WebsiteX5 v12 Evo.
In my operating system no flash. In preview my MP4 video doesn't work, as you can see in attachment screenshot.
But if I upload to my website, it works fine with any browser on my operating system!
Please help me, what is the problem! Built-in browser or something else?

Hello fitomed F.,
Please download the following ZIP file:
http://files.websitex5.com/answers_topic_files/extensions/Extensions.zip
Extract the contents which are two files as follows:
np-mswmp.dll
NPSWF32_11_5_502_110.dll
Move these two files into the 'Extensions' folder of your WebSite X5 installation, which is normally located via one of the following paths:
C:\Program Files (x86)\WebSite X5 v12 Evolution\Extensions
or
C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v12 Evolution\Extensions
NB: please ensure WebSite X5 is closed before moving the files...
Restart WebSite X5 and check playback of the media files in the preview browser.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hello Paul!
Thank you for your quick response, but unfortunately nothing changed.
See attachment for details!
Best regards,

Please try this alternative method of installing Flash in the preview browser, Csaba.
Paste the following URL into the preview browser within WebSite X5 itself, and follow all prompts to install the Flash plugin directly within the preview browser:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
Select the version 'FP21 for Opera and Chromium - PPAPI'
You will need to close and restart WebSite X5 after installation.
Let us know how you get on.

Hello Paul!
In this case nothing changes too!
It will download the Flash Player installer for Opera and Chromium, but after istallation nothing changes in WebsiteX5 preview.
Otherwise to select version 'FP21 for Firefox - NPAPI' is the good choice!
It install the Flash Player for Firefox and the video work fine in WebsiteX5 preview.
But unfortunately I want exactly to keep clear of the Flash Player!
Best regards,
Csaba
Hello Csaba,
The video player code uses the HTML5 video function where supported but has a fallback to flashplayer where it is not available.
Also if in the preview it uses flash once online, when the browser supports it, it will use the html5 video player functionality.
Many thanks!
