Can I change the vat to say tax? 

Also so I only see 3 tax options. 1 does not have tax. One has tax applied in the price and one has the tax included with the price of stuff. (I.e. Instead of it being 1 dollar and at checkout it adds 7cents, it makes the product 1.07 on the shopping pages)
