I can not login to my Administrator online control panel

I try loging into my Websitex5 Administrator control panel created for Blog, Forms, and Email, but I cloud not login, don't really know which username and password to use, is it your web host usernamen and password or Website x5 answer username and password or the database username and password

It's none of those... it is instead the 'admin' credentials as defined in Step 4 Access Management. You can change the default admin login details if you wish:
