Logging in the a locked page loops back to user name and password

I have set up a locked and hiden page called synergyreport on www.hrcpretoria.org.za. I have set up users and the entrance page points to the correct page. I have also added the registration page and welcome message.
I created a link to this page from the resources page and when you click on it it asks for username and login. When I enhter the credentials it seems to be fine but thren redisplays the username and password login. This simply loops.
I have cretaed short passwords so not usre if they need to be a certasin length.
Any ideas?

There is no minimum password length requirement in WebSite X5 at the present moment.

If you try to login on http://hrcpretoria.org.za/admin/login.php with the admin username and password you find in step 4 access management does the login works?
If also there the same happens try to contact the hosting support to ask if "PHP Sessions" is supported and correctly configured.

It does the same on the admin username will speak to the host providers
