Hello
I am changing to a new computer and want to load my Website X5 v. 11 to it. Do I have to unload the program from the old compuret and then load it on the new one with the same licence key? Do I lost anything doing so?

Hi, as you know you may install the same licence on two computer, using the same email address used for the registration, and if you don't remember the licence key, could find it on your website x5 profile.

Hello Tom,
Be sure to export your project as an IWZIP file in Step 5 of WebSite X5 (on the old computer) before removing WebSite X5 from that computer if you choose to do so.
Keep the IWZIP file safe... it contains all your project data which you will be able to import into WebSite X5 on the new computer at the project selection screen.
In this way you will not lose any data.
