Hello Avner,

You can do both by selecting 'Send data to a Database' under 'Data submission' on the'Send' tab of the Email Form Object, then also ticking the checkbox underneath marked 'Send an e-mail to notify the data has been received' (see the screenshot attached).

The email you receive will contain a copy of the same data which was submitted to the database.
