Help menu, and plugins problems

hi there,
i just downloaded the professional 12 version , after down loading the screen showed "couldnt load plugins", i dont know whether the software got fully down loaded. i am very new to webdesigning,also i am not a programmer, i need help, also request if there is any "help menu" so that i can learn the wsx5v12 faster, i want to do my own website, please help. also when iam using this answers.websitex5 there are too many running adds is there a way i can stop these adds from popping up please help.

Hello Madan, slow down and relax.
Go to the X5 home page and click on support in the top nav bar. Or scroll to the footer at the bottom and check out the v-tutorial, online guide and FAQ's.
Open the X5 program and click the big green start button at the top. On the next page is a ? mark and a dropdown menu for help.
I had to watch the video several times and read thru the user guide twice before I caught on as X5 is different from your "standard" WYSIWYG code generator. Once you have the concept, it's really easy, and no way would I want to use anything else.
Give yourself some time and start out with just a simple one page test site and build from there.
POPUPs: Check your browser options/settings and or windows (1O) settings. You could also have a virus or malware running. I have never seen one here myself.
