Hello, i want to know:

You can do this by using the row style option in step 4 like explained on:
http://help.websitex5.com/en/v13/pro/aspetto_riga_ht.htm
You will need to activate the option to extend it to the width of the browser window.

No, this is a brand new feature in version 13 only.
