Problem with login to Online control panel

I posted this before but was sent to support of WebSite X5 Evolution 10 Summitsoft this is under LaVon Thurston I have upgrade to website x5 v13 Professional which is under Anton Thurstoni still can not access the online control panel with this error after it is loading in the address slot (www.teachingfaithministry.org/admin/login.php?error) and i get wrong username or password in the login section. Now i like the program but if i can not get to access all the feature of this program then i want to return it back! Also if this is going to be a problem tell me how I can change to put this licences under one email. I have Evolution 9 & 10 now I have WebSite X5 V13 Professional I need to get this taken care of thank you

Simply register/log in to https://helpcenter.websitex5.com using the email address which was used to register the v13 software under the name of Anton Thurston. You can then add your v13 licence details to your profile if necessary:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/profile/licences
You will then be eligible to receive support for the v13 product.
I will cross-reference this thread with your previous thread, and notify the Incomedia support team of your request to consolidate your licence details under one email address.
Please be patient whilst awaiting their reply, as it can take up to 48 hours, excluding weekends.
If I had any further suggestions or tips for you regarding your control panel access issue then I would add them here, but I am out of ideas and will refer you to other members of the community or the official support team.
