Hi!
I'm developing a webpage (http://kh.infocity.at) which has a few showboxes. I.e. in the footer the "impressum" opens a showbox with the impressum content.
Everything is fine on my windows desktop even in the small resolutions but on the iPhone the showbox opens without the scrollbar. Only the top few lines can be seen, you can't scroll down at all.
Very strange!
As iPhones are really common I'd expect a different answer than "use a different browser" please ;-)
Thanks!
Dieter

Btw: I created a fresh test project with nothing in, added a page "test2", then added some text in the header, made it to be a link opening the URL "test2.html" in a showbox.
Again, works fine on windows desktop, not working on iPhone (showbox has no scollbars or possibility to scroll)...

More: works fine on a Mac with Safari browser too. iPhone no scrollbars in showbox...

And here is maybe a hint for the developers as this seems to be a known issue since iOS 5:

Hello Dieter,
If you try to scroll down the showbox content is it not working?
Which version is using your device?
Many thanks!

Hi Claudio!
I tested on several iPhones, all with the same negative result. I asked also friends that I know having iPhones opening the (in development) http://kh.infocity.at and look at the "impressum" (in the footer) which opens a showbox or try one of the "Read Article" links in the lowest part of the page, which open showboxes with longer content. On iPhones no scrolling in the showboxes is possible. Only the first few bits of the boxcontent is visible :-(
Mine is an iPhone 5s with latest iOs 10.0.2
Thanks fo your support!

Hello Dieter,
We noticed the same issue on iPhone and the developers have been informed about it. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v13 .
Many thanks!

Great, thanks!
I hope the bugfix doesn't take as long as the other one I'm waiting for (more than half a year or 3 update versions + 1 new version (V13) up to now and still waiting...).
Thanks!!
