In step 4 - you just insert the email object where you want to have it on the page, and then you click on the content item on the top left on the top of the page.

No you have to click add and pick the field you want to have - then you can set labels, size and so on for the spesific field.

Do this for each one of the fields you want to have in your Form and click ok before you set the next one.

You can choise the order they are disaplayed with the arrows up and down.

In the send section you set the way you want it to be saved or if you just want an email.

And in the last section, you are able to set the style on your form.

that is not what I need, only a plai  "contact us" E-mail Form to attach to the footer

Create the email form on an hidden page, then you can insert text (contact us) or an image (envelope or what you want) in the footer. This text or image you can link to the email form, and then it will opens when someone click on it.
